Technician Training Program - Information

WP 1.1 (Sharing Facilities) and WP 1.2 (Mobility and Communication) are organising a joint mobility call specifically aimed at the training of technicians from EUR-OCEANS member organisations. Within this program EUR-OCEANS will provide funds covering both:

• Travel, subsistence, and accommodation for the technicians (500 Euros/week)

• The costs of running the training activity, incurred by the facility provider (500 Euros if there is only 1 participant in the activity, or 350 Euros/participant if there is more than 1 participant).

Who can apply and participate to this program?

•  Facility providers, by submitting their facilities to the EUR-OCEANS Sharing Facilities database, and subscribing to the technician training program
•  Technicians from all EUR-OCEANS member organisation, by applying to a training activity offered at a given facility
